PREI Quality Management System was introduced in 1997 and was certified in 2007, Det Norske Veritas, in accordance with the guidelines indicated by  UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 (Certificate number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX).

PREI Health and Safety Policy was introduced in October 2006 and developed on the guidelines indicated in “Guidelines for Health and Safety Policy on the workplace” published on the UNI web site
(Ente Nazionale Italiano di Unificazione - \vww.uni.com).

The principles for the management systems are defined by:

PREI policy for Quality
The basis for PREI’s policy for Quality is Customer Satisfaction, an aim to be reached by constantly monitoring and updating all Procedures relative to the executive development of products and services with the intent of meeting all client requirements and expectations. The client’s role is predominant in the outcome of company results, which are fundamental in the evaluation of PREI’s overall progress.
The aims that the General Management have set for PREI are:

-         Improved image on the market

o        Increased number of clients

o        Increased turnover

-         Improvement of company performance and results

o        Meeting client contract requirements

o        Meeting budget parameters

o        Reduction of complaints

o        Improved customer communications

o        Excellent client assistance

o        Constant staff availability to attain the aims listed above

-     Use of the most modern client support techniques and the  updating and training of management staff. The application and updating of safety norms that determine the quality of the workplace and environment.

These primary aims are constantly monitored by determining Customer Satisfaction levels through the analysis of complaints and organizing the training and information of human resources.
The General Management acts to ensure that PREI srl is constantly focused on its clients, to increase its competitiveness on the market and to be more and more successful in its activities.

PREI Health and Safety policy.
Health and Safety on the Workplace (SSL) are two very important areas. PREI is dedicated to:

-     eliminate all harm towards people including employees, clients, suppliers and all third parties.

-     protect the health and safety of PREI employees.

-     prevent all accidents

-     protect the environment

-     develop products and services in conformity to the objectives listed above

-     promote and improve company practices. New procedures will be developed as far as possible on the basis of approved and accepted standards. When this is not possible, SSL features will be a central point in the development of new documents.

-     manage SSL issues with the same criteria used in other activities.

-     promote a common attitude among employees and PREI suppliers

 

By these means, PREI objectives include improving Health and Safety, gaining the client’s trust and of society in general, and to contribute to sustainable development.
Activities defined by PREI regarding Health and Safety include:

-     a systematic approach in management regarding Health and Safety, devised to guarantee conformity to existing norms, and to constantly improve performance.

-     an annual evaluation as part of planned activities, to examine performance and set aims and targets

-     a monitoring system to measure Health and Safety performance with continuity

-     a Health and Safety Manual that defines procedures and methods for the application of Health and Safety policy.

-     Health and Safety training programs for new employees, and annual updating for all staff.
