Gas turbine unit control systems (UCS) include multiple control and protection functions designed for reliable and safe operation of gas turbines.

-BENTLY NEVADA systems for temperature control, vibrations and axial displacements.

-Compressor Control Corporation (CCC) systems for antisurge control.

-Fire & Gas system dedicated to fire prevention.

-ESD integrated system,

The systems include specific functions for Gas turbine control during start up and shutdown stages, as well as for acceleration, speed and temperature parameters. A diversified series of sensors monitor turbine speed, exhaust temperature and compressor discharge pressure to determine unit operating status. This data is used to modulate fuel flow to the gas turbine.

Every turbine control system is equipped with a Human Machine Interface (HMI) workstation and by means of an industrial computer the operator checks auxiliary components and any alarms.
