ElePONTIGGIA Quality Management System was certified in
March 2003, by Det Norske Veritas, in accordance with
the guidelines set forth by UNI EN ISO 9001:2000
(Certificate number; CERT-12244-2003-AQ-MIL-SINCERT).
The principles of the Quality Management System are
defined by the ElePONTIGGIA Quality Policy:
ElePONTIGGIA s.r.l. General Management founds its
Quality Policy on Customer Satisfaction attained through
the constant checking and updating of procedures
concerning the development of products and services with
the intent of meeting the client’s special requirements
and expectations.
